In response to requests by teachers, three Record Sheets are provided. The Weekly Plan is used by assistants who plan their own teaching programme but are required to have this checked beforehand by the teacher or SENCO on a weekly basis. The Register is to keep track of how often the child is taught. The SoundWorks Record is completed by the assistant at regular intervals to summarise what has been taught and how well the child has responded to the teaching. This is signed by the teacher or SENCO, who then recommends what further action should be taken. |
